Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing an order on polkal.com. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping. All available shipping methods and their costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your payment — no hidden fees, no surprises.
2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

Important: Transit time is the time your package spends in shipping after it leaves our facility. It does not include order handling or processing time. Please factor in both when estimating your delivery date.
3. Order Cutoff Time & Handling Time
Order cutoff time: 7:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Handling & processing time: 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri). During this time we:
- Confirm and verify your order
- Prepare and quality check your items
- Pack and dispatch your shipment
4. Estimated Total Delivery Time
Your total delivery estimate is calculated as:
Handling time (2–4 business days) + Transit time (based on shipping method selected)
For example, if you choose Standard Shipping, your estimated total delivery time would be approximately 10–19 business days from the date of order placement.
5. International Orders & Customs
Yes — we ship worldwide, including across Pakistan, the US, and all other countries. International shipments may be subject to:
- Customs inspections
- Import duties and taxes
- Other fees required by your destination country
These charges are not controlled by Polkal and are entirely the customer's responsibility if they apply. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order. 6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
7. Delayed Orders
If your delivery is delayed for any reason — including customs holds, carrier issues, or weather disruptions — we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated estimated delivery timeframe and relevant tracking updates. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please reach out to us and we will investigate on your behalf.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management first
- Wait 24–48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
- If still missing, contact us at contact@polkal.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Polkal is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at contact@polkal.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to reroute it.
