Refund policy
Thanks for shopping with Polkal. We want you to love every piece you order — but if something isn't right, we've got you covered with a clear 30-day return and exchange policy for new and unused items only.
1. Return Window (30 Days)
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- New and unused (unworn, unwashed, no signs of use)
- Original tags attached
- Original packaging intact (where applicable)
- In fully resellable condition
If an item is worn, washed, used, missing tags or packaging, or not in resellable condition, we may be unable to accept the return. Polkal reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Exchanges (30 Days)
We offer exchanges for size or color changes within 30 days of delivery. Exchange conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement (subject to availability)
- If your requested size or color is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or refund instead
3. Refunds (Processed Within 3 Business Days)
Once we receive your return and complete our inspection:
- We will send you a confirmation email with the outcome
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for creating and paying for their own return shipping label, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order. We strongly recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Keeping your receipt and tracking number until your return is fully processed
Polkal is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In approved cases:
- We will cover return shipping costs
- You may choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund
6. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. What you see is what you get.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day window has passed
8. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, email our support team with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
- Photos (required if the item is damaged or defective)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Please do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from our team, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
